RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of the date of receipt, without giving any reason — provided the packaging is unopened and the product has not been used.

Pursuant to Art. 57(5) of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products intended for consumption (including dietary supplements), for health and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Procedure

A return and refund is possible only if:

  • the packaging is unopened;
  • the product has not been used;
  • the customer submits a request within 14 days of the date of receipt.

Important:

  • Returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued by bank transfer (IBAN) within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

3. Product Exchange

An exchange is possible in the following cases:

  • receipt of the wrong product;
  • damage during delivery (a report must be filed with the courier upon receipt).

Re-delivery costs in these cases are covered by Nutra Premium EOOD.

4. 60-Day Effectiveness Guarantee

We stand behind our products and offer a 60-day effectiveness guarantee. If after daily use for 60 consecutive days you do not notice a positive effect, you may request a refund.

Conditions:

  • The product must have been used every day without interruption for 60 days;
  • The customer provides a written declaration of regular use;
  • No other supplements with a similar effect must have been used during this period.

Procedure:

  1. Send an email to nutrapremium@mail.bg with: your order number, a brief description, a declaration of use, and your bank account number (IBAN).
  2. Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  3. Upon approval — a refund will be issued to the provided bank account.
